QS World University Rankings is an annual publication of global university rankings by Quacquarelli Symonds. The QS ranking receives approval from the International Ranking Expert Group (IREG),
and is viewed as one of the three most-widely read university rankings
in the world. QS publishes its university rankings in partnership with Elsevier.

The dataset I gained is about the QS World University Rankings from 2017 to 2022 to discover and explore the world's leading academic
institutions, which was acquired by scraping the QS World University Rankings website with Python and Selenium.
In order to facilitate the first-year students who are about to graduate from high school and are faced with the choice of universities to get the latest information on these universities, I selected, screened, and used the data for 2022.

In 2022, over 1,000 universities worldwide participated in QS World University Rankings.
You can hover and zoom in/out the below map to see the Universities' Names, Number of Universities, and Average Score in each country.

As the university rankings on QS World University Rankings change every year due to various factors, sometimes you cannot just focus on a university's "overall ranking." On the contrary, when you choose a university, you should combine various factors, such as the above that I mentioned university size, the number of international students, the average score, the numbers of faculty, etc., to consider and choose a university that you like and is also suitable for you.
